Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. She was a chef known as Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. The early 90s saw Barone appeared on a number of occasions in Carol & Company as a co-star along with Carol Burnett. Barone had played the role of her husband, Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends her first appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement following Barone's departure from Friends in pursuit of a new role which required longer time. She was on The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the first season (from 1995-1996), and then in The War at Home in 2005 until the year 2007. In 2000 Barone also co-starred in The sitcom Daddio. Barone is also famous for her roles on television in Desperate Homewives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline, In the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone won the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005, for her character as One Last Ride. The following year, three years since The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone was cast in a regular role on Shake It Up, a Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones, the former husband of the character played by Barone in two episodes.
