Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our clan. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I write about my life in general, the good and the bad. When I was 1 1/2 years old, my family and I moved to America. If not due to the dedication of my parents I might not even be here today sharing this life with you. My parents were my inspiration and I worked to be successful. My mind could see the path I wanted to take for my future. You go to college and get a degree. Get married. Purchase a home. Create children. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for successful, my life was not following the strategies. In 2013, I found it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and position was good however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was just wasting my time. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I began to discover the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I'm a sucker of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help people. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014 I began my own company. There are a few Asian women in the industry. It is my goal to become a catalyst within the field to offer quality coaching to empower people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating an environment that is sustainable and meets the individual needs and desires. Also, I strive to inspire others to go after their desires and accomplish all they wish to do in their life. As my career began to take off, I suffered the greatest loss of my entire life to date- the passing of my mom. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will forever remain in my thoughts and mind. The universe has the ability to provide us with exactly what we need even when we're unable to see the lesson at the time. It was my mother's sudden death that changed me for the better. It was a true blessing. I was given a second chance at living a full and fulfilling life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. The opportunity was there to begin her new life, and I got the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. My 30's are the first time I really feel that I'm alive. My intention in telling my story is to show you that, you are not the only one. I want you to believe that love is real and that a therapy session can be normal. Your health is the most important asset you have. Because death is all there is in this world I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
